We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via a prominent notice on our Site, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. We advise the users of the Site to regularly check this page to see if adjustments have been made. The current Privacy Policy has been updated as of the date listed above. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.


Your Rights


Opt-in or Opt-out: It is your choice whether to receive emails or special offers from us and or if you wish for all of your data to be deleted or removed at any time. If you wish to not receive any emails or promotional offers from us, you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or you may contact contact@otknetwork.com, and we will notify you asap once your email has been removed. If you would like for us to remove/delete any or all other personal data such as your name, number, etc., please contact contact@otknetwork.com, and a OTK staff member will notify you once it has been removed.


Children's Privacy: Our Site does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.


California: Since 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share users' Personal Data with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, without the user's approval.


The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) grants you the following rights with regard to the Personal Data we collect about you: (i) the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, and the purpose for which it was collected; (ii) the right to request that we delete any Personal Data we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions, as outlined in the CCPA); (iii) the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data with third-parties; and (iv) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights herein. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not sell your Personal Data, but if we did, California residents would have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, pursuant to the rights granted above.


User Notice: We may share your Personal Data regarding your interaction with the Site with third-party Service Providers, only to the limited extent necessary to perform OTK's legitimate business and operational purposes. We may share this information with third-party Service Providers in order to (i) optimize your use of the Site; and (ii) assist us with further development of the Site. The applicable Service Providers do not further collect, sell, or use your personal information except as necessary to perform the business purposes detailed herein. Nothing in the paragraph effects the rights of California residents detailed in this section. If you opt-out of allowing use to share your Personal Data to perform OTK's legitimate business and operational purposes, it may affect the quality of the Site, and your ability to use all functions of the Site.


The California Privacy Rights Act (the “CPRA”) amended and expanded the existing CCPA laws governing consumer privacy and data rights for California residents. CPRA grants special protection to California consumers' data pertaining to government identifiers, financial account login information, precise geolocations, genetic data, biometric information, race, ethnicity, religious and/or philosophical beliefs, union memberships, content of non-public communications, and data relating to your sex life and/or sexual orientation (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”). In addition to the rights granted by the CCPA, the CPRA grants California residents the following rights regarding the personal information we collect: (i) the right to request that we limit our use and discloser of your Sensitive Personal Information; (ii) the right to correct any inaccurate personal information; and (iii) the right to opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Data with any third-party.


California Privacy Rights for Minor Users: Since January 1, 2015, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you, if you are a California resident under the age of 18, to view, correct, or delete Personal Data provided by you or publicly posted by you. You may do this by contacting us and asking us to delete certain posted content. We will be happy to review, update or remove Personal Data and/or content as appropriate. Residual copies of Personal Data and/or content that have been deleted may remain in our backup systems. We may still retain your Personal Data to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, or comply with legal requirements; in this case, your personal information will be blocked from use for any other purpose.


International Transfers: OTK is based in the United States and we process and store information on servers located in the United States. We may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers. By accessing or using the Site or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under local law.


European General Data Privacy Regulation: If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have certain data protection rights under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, if you are a visitor to our websites or other online products and services from outside the United States, the personal information you provide will be collected, processed and stored directly on, or transferred to, servers in the United States or other countries where OTK or its affiliates, or our other partners or vendors maintain facilities or business operations.


No matter where the information is located, we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard your privacy rights in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the collection, processing, storage and transfer of your information, please do not provide your information when requested and stop using our websites and other online products and services.


Do Not Track: Although we respect and value your privacy, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy regardless of whether a DNT signal is received.
